This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered at Apnivaa. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms mentioned below.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
  • Online payment orders are given priority over Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

2. Shipping Coverage

  • Apnivaa currently ships to select locations across India.
  • Serviceable areas depend on our courier partners’ availability.
  • If your location is not serviceable, our team will contact you and the order may be cancelled or refunded.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
  • COD orders may include additional shipping or handling charges.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the error is from Apnivaa’s side.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier partner, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Apnivaa is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners or external factors beyond our control.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • COD is available on selected products and locations only.
  • Additional charges may apply for COD orders.
  • Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD orders may result in COD option being disabled for future orders.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once the order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email, where applicable.
  • Customers are advised to track their shipment regularly using the provided tracking link.

7. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts.
  • If the customer is unavailable or the delivery is refused, the order may be returned to us.
  • In such cases, shipping and return charges will be borne by the customer.

8. Incorrect Address or Contact Details

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping address and contact information.
  • Apnivaa will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete details.
  • Re-shipping charges, if applicable, must be borne by the customer.

9. Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If you receive a damaged package, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.
  • Claims raised after 48 hours may not be accepted.
  • Apnivaa will investigate the issue and take appropriate action as per our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Policy Updates

Apnivaa reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review this page periodically.
