Apnivaa – Return & Refund Policy

At Apnivaa, we aim to provide quality products and a fair shopping experience. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged
- The product is defective
- The product received is incorrect (different from what was ordered)
❌ Returns are not accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong product ordered by the customer
- Color/size preference issues (unless incorrect product delivered)
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
2. Return Request Timeline
- Any return or refund request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery only.
- Customers must contact Customer Care within 24 hours of receiving the product to be eligible for a return or refund.
- Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will NOT be accepted under any circumstances.
- There is no 7-day return window. Failure to raise a request within 24 hours will result in no return and no refund.
3. Proof & Condition of Returned Products
- If a product is received damaged or defective, the customer must:
- Take clear photos and/or videos immediately at the time of delivery or product opening
- Share the proof with Customer Care within 24 hours
- Without proper photo/video proof, no return or refund will be approved.
- Products must be unused and in original packaging.
4. Return Shipping Charges
- If the return is approved due to an issue from Apnivaa’s side, return shipping will be arranged or reimbursed.
- If the return is requested for any reason not caused by Apnivaa, shipping and return charges will be borne by the customer.
5. Refund Process
- Refunds are initiated only after the returned product passes inspection.
- For online payment orders, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- For COD orders, refunds (if approved) will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after details are shared.
- Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after inspection approval.
6. Non-Refundable Charges
The following charges are non-refundable:
- Shipping charges
- COD charges
- Convenience or handling fees
7. Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
- Refused or unaccepted COD orders may lead to COD option being disabled for future purchases.
8. Abuse & Fraud Prevention
- Repeated returns, fake damage claims, or order refusals will be flagged.
- Apnivaa reserves the right to restrict or permanently block such accounts.
9. How to Raise a Return Request
Customers can raise a return request by contacting us through:
- The official contact number or email ID mentioned on the website
- Please include order ID, issue details, and required proof
10. Policy Updates
Apnivaa reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review this page periodically.
